It's not easy being green
Yesterday I learned the hazards of public transportation and that is being very close to crazy people. Starting on the T, a gentleman sat next to me and he seemed normal enough. He started to make a variety of sounds that vaguely reminded me of the dude from Police Academy. He then proceeded to tell me that the mafia was going to come to my house and murder me last night (clearly that did not happen).
The second person I got to meet was someone who shared a cab with me. He was drinking in the cab and kept saying that the 27th was his birthday so it was his birthday last night. I will now pause so you can do the math. When we rechecked his destination, he gave the driver $10 for a $16 ride. This then lead to about a ten minute long argument.
Screw being green, next time I will just drive alone.
