It is weird to look back at everything we have accomplished/not accomplished in life and think that we have changed so much since when we were younger.
And it is even weirder when we realize not that much has really changed. We go back to what is comfortable for us. What is safe.
The daring take risks. The daring change.

Maybe it's perception that changes.
My dad wasn't a drunk when I was little... he was just a very funny man.
Ithaca was exciting and new as opposed to nostaglically sacred.
The kid who used to tap his pencil in math class was excessively annoying. Now I wonder if he had a mental illness.
